The Compliance Report is a form that must be completed to report any suspected violation of the Cotecna Compliance Code. In general, the report is completed by the notifying employee and forwarded either directly to the Compliance Officer or to the employee’s line manager or member of senior management or the internal auditor, who will subsequently forward it to the Compliance Officer. The reporting employee is granted anonymity, if requested, insofar as this is possible, and is protected against reprisal in any form. The Compliance Report is treated in confidence and fully investigated in accordance with Cotecna’s Compliance Code.
