Angola - Pre-Shipment Inspection scheme
Certain goods that are imported in to Angola require mandatory pre-shipment inspection prior to importation. Cotecna alongside other inspection agencies have been mandated by the Angolan Authorities to undertake pre-shipment inspection, customs valuation and customs classifcation of goods. Cotecna offer the highest level of service and will ensure that goods are inspected and final reports are issued in a timely manner in order for the importer to clear goods through customs without delay.
Goods for which mandatory inspection is not required may be imported through the green channel if they are inspected by a nominated inspection company.
